I’m Heather Reeves. I was born in California but the Pacific Northwest has been home for much of my life — from parts of my childhood to over half of my adult years. I’ve always loved the mix of mountains, rivers, and endless green that makes this place so special.
Life hasn’t always been easy. I once lived paycheck to paycheck as a single mom, raising my daughters and doing whatever it took to keep moving forward. Those years taught me grit, creativity, and the value of hard work — lessons I carry with me every day.
Now, I’m a proud mom of four amazing daughters and am celebrating 20 wonderful years with my husband. We live on a small farm where I can breathe in fresh air, get my hands in the soil, and enjoy the peace of nature. When I’m not gardening, you’ll probably find me behind the wheel of my RV, exploring hidden corners of the PNW and chasing new adventures.
Today, I’m the Designated Broker and owner of Realty One Group NorthStars. My entrepreneurial spirit is always buzzing with ideas — not just to grow my own business, but to create opportunities and support the agents in my firm so they can thrive too.
The Pacific Northwest isn’t just where I live — it’s where I’ve rebuilt, grown, and built a life I truly love.
